WADSIH is excited to partner with Curtin University’s Autism Academy for Software Quality Assurance (AASQA) and Idoba for the Neurodiversity in Data Science event.

Neurodiversity is an inclusive term that emphasises the differences in neurocognitive functions of people such as those on the autism spectrum, dyslexic individuals, and people with ADHD. Many neurodiverse individuals have exceptional skills such as superior attention to detail, heightened pattern recognition, and sustained concentration that make them very valuable employees that increase productivity and product quality, yet this talent pool remains largely untapped.

Join us for an interactive panel discussion as we learn more about the unique strengths of neurodiverse people, and how employers can help prepare them to succeed in the growing areas of data engineering and data science.
