The WA Innovation Hub and the South Metropolitan Health Service, in partnership with the Health Consumers’ Council and the Consumer and Community Involvement Program invite you to attend the interactive workshop, facilitated by EY.
The session aims to bring together consumers and other health stakeholders to develop a patient journey map as imagined 30 years into the future. The event will be run twice, on the same day. The content will be the same at each time. The event will be held via Zoom, and registrations are essential.
