About the position
We’re seeking collaboration with individuals like you to build a meaningful partnership. Your role would include providing input on projects, reviewing project priorities and methods, evaluating lay descriptions in grant applications, and assessing the public reporting of research outcomes. Your insights on our studies will also be valued for shaping future research protocols.

What am I expected to do?
Consumer representatives will be asked to meet with the Australian Centre for Quantitative Imaging group (ACQI) quarterly to discuss ideas and ongoing work. There will be opportunities for individual representatives to act as a research buddy to a specific team member on a project.

What skills or experience do I need?
Individuals who have undergone non-surgical treatments for prostate cancer (such as radiotherapy and/or theranostics) are invited to participate in our research group.

How long am I expected to be involved?
Ongoing.

Where will meetings be held?
Online or Level 5, Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research (North), Nedlands.

What support is offered?
$37.50 per hour honorarium. Training and support is offered by the Consumer and Community Involvement Program.
