We invite you to complete the National Consumer and Community Involvement in Healthcare and Research Survey. The information collected in this survey will assist in identifying the barriers and enablers, as well as understanding the attitudes and behaviours that influence adoption of consumer and community involvement in healthcare improvement and health and medical research. The survey is part of a larger national study, funded by the Medical Research Future Fund: Consumer and Community Involvement: Implementation Research for Impact (CCIRI) being co-led by Monash Partners, WAHTN and SPHERE.
