Consumer and Community Involvement Coordinator (Part‑time)
Help shape health research with the voices that matter most.
We’re seeking a Consumer and Community Involvement Coordinator to play a key role in embedding lived experience into health and medical research across Western Australia.In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of researchers, clinicians and community, building meaningful partnerships and supporting best‑practice consumer and community involvement within WAHTN partner organisations. You’ll help coordinate involvement activities and events, promote opportunities for consumer input, and contribute to research with real‑world impact.
- Part‑time (0.8 FTE or 2 × 0.4 FTE), fixed term until 31 December 2026
- Based across Crawley, QEII Medical Centre / SCGH (flexible across partner sites)
This role is ideal for someone with experience in consumer and community involvement, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for ensuring lived experience informs health research.

CCI Support Officer (Part‑time)
Support impactful research and community engagement behind the scenes.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration Officer (Program Support) to support the delivery of community and consumer involvement initiatives within the WA Health Translation Network. Working closely with the CCI Program team, you’ll provide administrative and coordination support across projects, events and day‑to‑day office systems. This includes supporting meetings and community activities, maintaining systems and processes, and helping ensure initiatives run smoothly and on time.
- Part‑time (0.2 FTE), fixed term until 31 December 2026
- Based at Crawley / QEII Medical Centre / Harry Perkins Institute
This role suits someone with strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
