Writing in Plain Language Masterclass (9 April 2026)

Having trouble talking about your research to those NOT in the research sector? Do you need help putting things into ‘plain language’?

Attending our Writing in Plain Language Masterclass will give you ‘hands on’ guidance to writing a plain language summary for your research application and for sharing your research project with community members.

Making your research accessible to the community will better position you to engage with government, philanthropy, and other research partners.  Join us and find out more!

*Prerequisites are in place for the Writing in Plain Language Masterclass – all attendees will need to provide the following certificate of completion:

1. CCIProgram e-Course certificate of completion

This workshop is for researchers only. Once registrations reach maximum capacity, a waitlist will be introduced. You will receive notification of the follow up workshop date.

We will require justification/information of your researcher status with a University or Research Institute.

Workshop cost:

• CCIProgram Partners (UWA, UNDA, Murdoch, Perkins) – $0 cost
• WAHTN Partners – Complimentary registration is available for researchers and staff from WAHTN partner organisations, up to the allocated number of places per Masterclass.
