What is the specific objective of this event?

The purpose of this community conversation is to better understand and explore young adults understanding of heart health and how it relates to their mental (brain) health. This conversation will highlight how young adults mind their heart and mental health.

Who is the target audience for this event?

Young adults aged 18-30 years living in metro-Perth

Description of the event

Our goal is to better understand and examine the concept of heart and brain health in terms of mental health and to gain young adult’s perspectives of this link. The findings from the community conversation may help us develop better health messaging required for connecting heart and mental health for young adults in the future.

A $70 honorarium* is offered to attendees and light refreshements will be provided.
