The Nutrition and Health Innovation Research Institute, Future Research Priorities – Survey and Research Priority Mapping Workshop
The Nutrition and Health Innovation Research Institute (NHIRI) at Edith Cowan University are seeking involvement from Western Australian’s with lived/living experience of heart-related health conditions to inform future research priorities at the Institute. You can help the Institute by completing this short survey.
This survey will inform future research priorities through a Research Priority Mapping Workshop to be held on Wednesday, 19th July. To be considered for the Research Priority Mapping Workshop, the survey needs to be completed.
If you are interested in assisting The Nutrition and Health Innovation Research Institute with research priorities:
- Step 1 – complete the survey which places you in consideration to attend the Workshop.
- Step 2 – save the date for the workshop (Wednesday 19th July 2023) in your calendar.
- Step 3 – wait to hear from the CCIProgram regarding your possible attendance for the Workshop. The CCIProgram will notify you regarding your attendance at the Workshop by Wednesday, 5th July 2023.
Consumer experience required:
People who have been told by a health care provider that they have a diagnosis of:
- High blood pressure/hypertension
- High cholesterol
- Pre-diabetes/diabetes (type 2)
- Cardiovascular disease (heart disease, stroke, peripheral arterial disease)
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
The goal of the Research Priority Mapping Workshop is to help the research team understand what topics YOU think are most important for them to better understand and explore as part of their research.
An honorarium of $100 is offered to those who attend. Food and refreshments will be provided on the day.
