Let’s talk about using health Information in patient care – Community Conversation
WA public hospitals are running an exciting new project looking at better ways to use your information to improve health care. You are invited to share your views on the ways these hospitals collect and use information to manage and support your care. Your information will help us test the quality of our service, discover new treatments and ultimately improve your care.
What is the specific objective of this event?
To obtain community feedback on the TRANSFORM project – a digital platform to support SMHS, NMHS, EMHS and CAHS clinicians to manage and communicate with their patients or parents more efficiently and effectively. The electronic system will also collect and store patient’s medical information that can be used by clinicians to evaluate their service, discover new treatments and improve patient care.
Who is the target audience for this event?
Anyone who uses Health Services throughout the North, South and East Metropolitan Health Services and/or the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) and is interested in how public hospitals collect and use patient data to improve patient care.
Please note, you will be offered an honorarium for your participation and finger food will be provided at the event.
