Let’s talk about using health Information in patient care – Community Conversation
We cordially invite you to share your views about an exciting new digital platform for health providers to manage and support patient care. This platform will help clinicians to evaluate services and discover new treatments to ultimately improve patient care.
What is the specific objective of this event?
To obtain community feedback on the TRANSFORM project – a digital platform to support SMHS, NMHS, EMHS and CAHS clinicians to manage and communicate with their patients or parents more efficiently and effectively. The electronic system will also collect and store patient’s medical information that can be used by clinicians to evaluate their service, discover new treatments and improve patient care.
Who is the target audience for this event?
Anyone who uses Health Services throughout the North, South and East Metropolitan Health Services and/or the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) and is interested in how public hospitals collect and use patient data to improve patient care.
Please note, you will be offered an honorarium for your participation and finger food will be provided at the event.
