Accessing exercise support in the Great Southern during cancer treatment: Share your story through Photovoice (Albany)
We are looking for people living in the Great Southern region who have received cancer treatment in the last 5 years to share their experiences. Your involvement will help make sure future services are shaped by the needs and priorities of those who have been through cancer treatment.
As a part of this project you will;
- Attend an introductory workshop in Albany
- Undertake a photography activity to represent your experiences
- Join a one-on-one interview (online) to discuss your photos and stories
- Participate in an online group discussion later in the year to share ideas and suggest solutions
Experience required of attendees:
- We are looking for people who have experienced receiving cancer treatment while living in the Great Southern within the last 5 years.
- You will need to be willing to share your personal experiences and ideas and comfortable taking part in group discussions.

This project is part of an approved research study conducted through Edith Cowan University (2025-06525-KENNEDY).
