The Consumer and Community Involvement Program had the privilege of facilitating a successful Community Conversation event in collaboration with our partners from the Centre for Molecular Medicine & Innovative Therapies (CMMIT) of Murdoch University in August. The Community Conversation was centred around bringing together consumers, carers and community members with lived experience of rare disease/s. The event was well attended and resulted in valuable and informed information around CMMIT’s research activity and future initiatives.
